Shipping method

We use the shipping method designated by our store, and customers generally cannot choose the carrier. As a rule, we also do not accept requests for a delivery date or time slot. Shipping destinations are limited to countries or regions selectable at checkout. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other government charges.

Standard items are generally dispatched within 5 business days after order confirmation, while made-to-order items are generally dispatched approximately 1–2 weeks after order confirmation. Orders arrive approximately 2–3 days after dispatch is complete. Delivery to remote islands may take approximately 3–5 days. These estimates do not apply when natural disasters or large-scale events affect the relevant region.

We take care when preparing shipments to avoid scratches and dents to the outer box. However, damage may occur after handoff to the carrier because of a transport incident or the carrier’s responsibility. We ask customers to accept scratches or dents to the outer box that do not interfere with use of the product itself.
